BLUEBERRY CHIA YOGHURT

A nutrient bomb designed with flavours!

 

Recipe

1 cup yogurt full cream


1 tbsp chia seeds


1 tbsp quick oats


A handful of fresh blueberries cut in small pieces (Any berries/ fruits that is available as per season and location)


1 tbsp Anjeer cut into small bites
 

1 tbsp of almonds cut into pieces
 

1 tsp of jaggery crushed


Pinch of cinnamon powder
 

Mix all the ingredients well in a glass cup and refrigerate overnight....one of my favorite breakfast (specially designed for all the working women)
Morning no hassles....just get ready..grab your breakfast...and you are set for the day
