This Dip, full of healthy and necessary fats, are an amazing replacement for the unhealthy one your kids eat. Something that adds taste to your salads and bland foods without harming your health.




1 tbsp chia seed
1 tbsp flax seed
1 tbsp white sesame seed
1 tbsp sunflower seed
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
(all above are must have in a day seeds)

Soak all these seeds for at least 2 hours 
Prepare 3 tbsp of hung curd while your seeds are soaked

For spicing your dip you will need

3 cloves of garlic
1 small green chilli
Black pepper
1 tbsp of olive oil

Now blend all the above ingredients until it's smooth

Garnish with fresh olives and dried parsley leaves....
