Very easy & quick to make, excellent in taste and cool for the body. Flavor of garlic, Olive oil, Spicy Chilly, Crunch nuts and sweet Honey makes this colorful food even more interesting!


4 cups of thin and long cut purple cabbage
1 cup very thinly cut or shredded carrot
1/2 cup coriander leaves finely chopped
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds (this is a must ingredient)

Dressing :
2 tsp juice of ginger
1 tbsp honey (I prefer Raw honey) adjust qty as per your taste
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup of olive oil
1/2 tsp red chili powder
Mix all the above ingredients in small mason jar and shake well and let it rest for one hour.

Mix shredded cabbage,coriander,carrot and pumpkin seeds
Pour dressing and mix well....
Serve with more pumpkin seeds on top.
