If you thought Greens could not be tasty, here is a dish to prove you wrong. It takes just 5 minutes. Be lost like a butterfly among the green and the colorful world.
2 bowls of baby spinach
1 cup chopped strawberries
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
2 tbsp minced onion
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp red chili flakes
1 tsp brown sugar/ maple syrup/ crushed Jaggery (it all depends on your taste) (You can avoid if it is not advisable for you)
Salt to taste
Mix all the above ingredients and keep aside for atleast half an hour
Wash baby spinach (I keep the over ice for sometime for crispy texture but it's optional, add chopped strawberries and walnuts
Pour the dressing before serving topped with crushed walnuts....... :)
