Almond flour 2tbsp
coconut milk 2tbsp
Asofoetedia per taste
Mix all the ingredients ...
make a batter and spread on pan ..
it will melt n spread further....
wait till it becomes brown..
cook on one side only....
remove from pan n serve with coconut chutney....
It tastes like the traditional cheese dosa... No one can guess its free of rice and Urad Dhal... Apart from being palatable, its presentable as well.
