Mango Chia Pudding

Cheat day around? Here is a perfect recipe for giving your taste buds a treat without deviating too much from your diet. Fun without guilt!




1 can coconut milk 

1/2 cup chia seeds(if not available you can take seed we use for making Faluda)

1 tbsp coconut sugar/ maple syrup / jaggery powdered

1 mango chopped very finely into small pieces 

A handful of Almonds 


Mix Sugar in  coconut milk, add chia seeds and mix properly so that chia seeds are soaked in milk and keep in refrigerator for atleast two hours.Now add chopped mango and almond.

Serve chilled.

You can top with granola but that is optional.


This is yummy......while making only I eat half of it :p
