Methi (Fenugreek Seeds) sprouts salad

For those who are beginning to change their lives and take control of your health, here is a recipe to include in your everyday life! Amazing health benefits for DIABETICS.




1 cup fenugreek seeds

Wash and soak them overnight.

Drain and put them in muslin cloth to sprout or you can use sprout maker. Generally they sprout in a day.

1/2 red capsicum chopped finely 

1/2 carrot chopped finely 

1/2 onion chopped finely 

1/2 tomato chopped finely 

1/2 cucumber chopped finely 

Slice of Cabbage chopped finely.

A handful of pomegranate seeds

Some coriander leaves chopped finely 


Mix all the above ingredients with sprouted methi

Season with Salt,black pepper  and lemon juice.


I prefer this salad with no fancy dressing so we can have a actual taste of methi.
