Soya Buttermilk

Summers outside or inside(Stomach), the best way to soothe your yourself down is by drinking a glass of Buttermilk... This one is for those who avoid milk or want a healthy replacement. A glass full of healthy proteins and healthy making bacteria, this is the drink of the Gods! 

Suits Vegans/ Keto/ Bodybuilders/ Health Enthusiasts/ Party Animals!




250 ml soya milk

1 tbsp culture to make yogurt

Put soya milk in glass jar and steam it for about 5 to 8 minutes until it's hot....take out the jar from steamer..when it is little warm add the culture and let it sit for atleast 10 hours and check if it is firm like yogurt.refrigerate it.


For making lassi

A handful of mint leaves 

1/2 inch ginger 

A Pinch of salt 

1/2 tsp cumin seed powder 

1 green chilli


Put soya yogurt in blender, add all the above ingredients and blend well.....Enjoy lactose free yogurt and yet tasty.
